JOSEPH EDWARD CASEY

Mr. Joseph Edward Casey, 84, passed away on Wednesday, Sept. 2, 2015, at CMC-Pineville in North Carolina.

A celebration of life memorial service for Mr. Casey will be held at Our Lady of Lourdes Church in Mountainside, N.J., on Saturday, Oct. 24, at 10 a.m.

Mr. Casey was born in Union City, N.J., the son of the late John Francis Casey and Marie Kasper Casey.

He served our great country in the U.S. Air Force.

Mr. Casey enjoyed bowling, track, and watching his favorite team, the New York Giants.

He was employed by Braniff International Airways for 27 years.

Mr. Casey is survived by his wife, Concetta “Connie” Casey; two sons, Lawrence “Larry” Casey of Indian Land, S.C., and Robert Casey of Woodstock, Ga.; daughter-in-law, Carolynn Conrad Casey; three grandchildren, Ashley, Taylor, and Steven Casey; a brother, Donald Casey and family of Harrisonburg, Va., and a sister-in-law, Helen Casey and family of Whiting, N.J. He was preceded in death by two brothers, John Francis Casey Jr. and Jim Casey, and a sister, Catherine Casey Kiel.
