HALT, James (Jim) Louis a.k.a. “Happy Jack” Of Dallas, passed away April 6, 2015. Born April 12, 1932 in Sparta, Illinois. Preceded in death by his parents Wallace and Elda Halt, brother Wallace Jr. and sisters Alice and Leota. Survived by wife Beverly, daughter Sheryl Ofria and husband Ed of Richardson, daughter Melissa Youngblood and husband Keith of Richardson, granddaughters Ashley, Maggie & Adrienne Ofria and grandson Sam Youngblood. A celebration of Jim’s life will be held 4:00 Wednesday, April 15, 2015 at Highland Park Presbyterian Church, reception following. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the , 4144 N Central Expy #750, Dallas, TX 75204.
